Southern Foodservice Management is pleased to present our catering menu.   We offer a delicious array of food and beverage selections designed to meet a variety of food and service needs, ranging from events as simple as coffee breaks to elegant served receptions, luncheons and dinners.  Although our menu describes a variety of items, you are not limited to what is listed.   Our On-Site Management Team will work with you to tailor and personalize any event to your specific event needs.  We provide a variety of catered services such as birthdays, retirements, receptions, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations.

 

Planning and Ordering Information

 

Payment Arrangements: 

All events are paid for with credit card.

 

Events without valid payment information on file will be placed on hold.

 

Last Minute Orders

We understand that last-minute needs do arise. You can request last-minute orders one of two ways: Email or Teams; fulfillment is not guaranteed. Last-minute orders are subject to item, time, and staffing availabilities. Catering Orders Updates

All requests or mortifications to your order, including but not limited to times, rooms, menu items additions, refreshes, headcounts, and all other changes must be requested one of two ways: Email or Teams; all requests must be in writing to receive service and delivery of your requested changes or additions.

Food and Beverage

Catering orders will include all necessary plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all Food and Beverage equipment needed to ensure the food is served properly.

Order Minimums/ Headcounts

All Catering orders must meet a minimum headcount of 12 people. If you have an order over 100 people a two-week notice is required and may be subject to staffing charges.

Delivery & Hours of Operations

We are open for catering Monday-Thursday 7am-3:15pm Friday 7:15am-1:30pm If your event falls before or after our normal hours of operation there is a after hours service fee if we are able to provide service. After Hours service is not guaranteed and is subject to staffing availability.

Guarantee Policy

To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes must be made 24 hours prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests

Served Functions Hour Charge. 

For plated meal service, wait staff will be provided one wait person per 10-12 guests to insure proper servicelevels.  Attended buffet services will be provided at one wait person for every 25 guests.  Wait staff can be provided at a cost of $20.00 per hour, with a minimum two hours.

 

 

 

Useful Tips for calculating your catering needs:

Coffee: One gallon Coffee provides approximately (16 ) 8oz. cups

Drink Urns: One urn serves appoximately (20) 8oz. cups

Pastry:  Generally, One and one-half servings per person will be adequate.

Hors d'Oeuvres: A reasonable "rule" says three to four choices of appetizers, with two to three appetizers per person or a choice of three desserts with two servings per person.
